*- SUSPENSION OF DELIVERIES PENDING RISE IN mCE. New York, October 18. The National Wheat Growers' Association, at a meeting in- Ponca City, Oklahoma, requested' nil farm organisations in the United States and Canada to suspend deliveries of wheat from farms to the market from October 23 till the price of wheat has been stabilised at three dollars 'per bushel at the terminal mar-ket—Aus.-N.Z.
