At. the Majority Socialists' Congress Herr Kasscl urged, the specialists of other countries to support the apposition to BUi-endering, especially to I'rance, further cattle under the Treaty, to replace the cattle commandeered- in. irar time. The claims lodged comprise 970,000, including 810,000 milkers, or 10 per cent, of Germany's stock. A hundred thousand milch cows presented by Americans an expected soon.—Aus.-N.Z Cable Assn.
