' o VIOLENT SPEECH BY GIIANDI. Simla, October 16. Ghandi, the Indian Nationalist agitator, who is leading'the non-co-operation movement, made a violent speech at Lucknow Referring to the murder of Commissioner Willoughby, he said: "Whoh we. shall use swords again we shnll warn European women and children." He said he intended to organise Hindustan into a large Lashkar.. The men should practice discipline. He called upon the Hindus and Mohammedans to combine against the British Raja.—Ausu.-N.Z.
