— ; ' THOIIKDON OIROUIT. ' A large attendance of ■ church- officials 'met at the Moieswortli Street Church.on Tuesday evening. The choirmaii, the Eev. C. 0. liarriaon, spoko of progropsivo work throughout the circuit during the paßt quarter. A special ellort is being made to put the churoh at Kaiwarra. in thorough repair, at an estimated cost of £120. Through the generosity of the local business people and residents, tho money.will be fuily provided. The Eev. G. E. Brown reported that extensions and improvements were being made to:tho Northland Church, the .attendances, there'having outgrown the sis© of the present building. I'lanS were being prepared for an up-to-date church in brick and concrete, which will ho called the "Robert Ward Memorial Clinrch," ivnd 'will commemorate tho work of the Rev. Robert Ward, the founder of Primitive Methodism In Vellinfton. The estimated cost of tho building is £3000. ' ' A unanimous invitation to remain another year in the circuit was extended, to the Rev.: O. C. Harrison and Rev. G. E. • Brown. Both ministers accepted the invitation subject to the decision of' the Methodist Conference.'
