CHANGE OF ATTITUDE TOWARDS BRITAIN.

(R-ee, October 14, 5.5 p.m.) Simla, October 13. The Afghan delegation tp India has been recalled, to Kabul, owing to a reported i change of attitude of the Ameer towards the British Government. An Afghan Minister is proceeding to Tashkent, and Merv to moot Djemal Pashn, who is staying at the latter place with a small Turkish and Russian following. The Ameer has provided facilities for the reception of the various Bolsheviks, who are arriving in Kabul in small batches. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
