4 FORECAST ANB SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for stroncr and saually west to south-west winds and unsettled and colder weather, with rain probable generally. Barometer falling, but rise Bhortly in the south. Atmospheric pressure las decreased further everywhere, and strone westerly winds have prevailed.
