THE KING'S THEATRE. r Last evening's performance at the King's Theatre was in the presence, of His Excstlenoy the Governor-General and Viscounteea Jellicoe. The wonderful.pictures of the flight across the world, and the accompanying lecture by Sir Keith Smith himself, worp greeted with expres--610D3 of unqualified delight by an audience that filled the theatre to ite utmost capacity. To-night Sir Keith Smith will make his final appearance fn Wellington, end will he introduced by Mr. P. Eraser, Jti.P. % EMPRESS THEATRE. At tho Empress Theatre to-day the ■"Praise Agent," starring Arthur 'Ashley end Dorothy Gi'-een, will be screened. The story is full of bright situations, excellently handled, which are productive of much mirth. A 9 Gnumont Graphic, a comedy, and tho 17th episode of "Liberty" serial aro the supporting .films. For to-morrow a'complete change of pro* gramme is announced, including "Tho Arizona Cat Claw," featuring Edythe Sterling, the female "Bill Hart." EVERYBODY'S THEATRE. ■ "Leaive it to Susan," whioh- is the outstanding feature at Everybody's Theatre, will be finally screened this evening. Madge Kennedv, who is featured, is delightful. The thirteenth episode of "Tho Mystery of 13" heads the supports. Com. mencing to-morrow a special attraction will be shown in "The Man Who Won," a 'Vitagraph picture, starring Harry ilorey.
CATHOLIC HOSTEL CONCERT. On Tuesday next a concert will bo (riven at the Town Hull in aid of tho Catholic Women's Hostel. Among tiro attractions are St. Mnrv of the Angels' Choir (which secured first plnco in the competitions), tho Marist Brothers' Boys' Choir (which has also won several -sections), Master Jack Watters, the-cham-pion 'boy soprano soloist, Master Winston M'Carthy, Mr. Will Goudio. tho wellKnown baritone, and Mr. Kevin Dillon, A unique item will bo the selections to be ployed by Kiss' Mary Glavin on Irish warpipes. The Hibernian Irish Wnrpipe Band will also make its first public appearance. ■
' The Williamson Bevue Company, which Is to play "The Bing Boys on Broadway' and "The Passing Show, of. 1020," . will open in Auckland on Thursday nest, instead of Wellington, as originally arranged. .
