Tho rnjjat trade is gratified, 'because this will clear the market. A correspondent interviewed Vesteys, who state that the stocks will probably total a million quarters, the greater portion of which is stored in Australasia. They were unable to estimate the quantity acquired until the Army requirements were ascertained. It had not been decided whero and when they would resell tho beef.
