ENTHUSIASTIC RECEPTION IN BERMUDA. (Rec. October 3, 5.5 p.m.) Hamilton; Bermuda, October 1.. The Prince of Wales arrived at Bermuda to-day and landed at Hamilton, where ho w-as welcomed by the Governor (Sir James Willcocks), and the official find civilian population. Rear-Admiral Hughes, who arrived on board the American .battleship Kansas, participated in the welcome. The people of Bermuda gave the Princo win enthusiastic reception, triumphal arches, crowned by pretty Bermudian girls, being notable features of the decorative scheme.
