A meeting of the Wellington Accountant Students' Societv was held in Accountants Chambers on Wednesday, Mr. Ernest W. Hunt presiding.' Mr. D. S: Smith, M.A., IjL.M., delivered a lecture ■on _ "Memoran l dum and Articles of Association tand Prospectus of Companies." ' The leaturer frave a most valuable Bummary of this branch of company law, and at the conclusion of his address answered a number of questions.
