A meeting of the Wellington Accountant Students' Societv was held in Accountants Chambers on Wednesday, Mr. Ernest W. Hunt presiding.' Mr. D. S: Smith, M.A., IjL.M., delivered a lecture ■on _ "Memoran l dum and Articles of Association tand Prospectus of Companies." ' The leaturer frave a most valuable Bummary of this branch of company law, and at the conclusion of his address answered a number of questions. Mr. Smith' was accorded ,fi hearty vote of thanks for his lecture. • At: the next, meeting of the society a lecture will be delivered by Mr, Ernest W.
