Thomas Henry Davidson was charged at the Police Court with mans laughter, having allegedly caused the death of Robert Dudley Worefold, as a result of miming into him with a motor-car at Terrace End, on September 6. The evidence given was similar to that hearu at the intiuest. Accused .pleaded not guilty," and was committed to the supreme Court for trial. Bail was allowed.
