1 . SIGNOR HAZON, MUSICIAN. ®cc. September 29, 9.45 p.m.) London, September 28. Obituary.—Sifenor Hazon, the musician, —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. FSignor Hazon was better known in Sydney than in New Zealand. For many years he was the leading orchestral conductor in Sydney, and when 60me eleven years ago J. C, Williamson, Ltd., organised a grand opera company to porform "Madam Butterfly" and La Boheme" (with Bel Sorel -and Amy Castle as prima donnos), Signor Hazon organised and conducted the company both in Australia and through New Zealand. For sorno seven or eight years past he had been in Milan.!
