DAMAGED WHEAT
INVESTOR'S BIG; CI,AIM AGAINST GOVERNMENT. (R-ec. September 28, 10.30 p.m.) Melbourne, September 28. Preliminary proceedings have been taken in on action in which Mr. Mark Bloch, a wheat investor, claims a million and a half damages from the Government respecting losses on the 19111-17 Wheat. It is alleged' that damago was caused by thu negligence of the Government's sorrants.—Press Assn.
