BATTLE OF JUTLAND
THE OFFICIAL REPORT PRESS COMMENT ON NONPUBLICATION By Telegraph-Presß Association-Copyright (Rec. September 27, 7.55 p.m.) London, September 27. The newspapers continue to comment on tho Admiralty's failure to publish tho story of the Battle of Jutland prepared by a committeo under Captain Harper, ihe "Western Morning News" says it was in no way due to Admiral Jellicoe's notion. Admiral Jellicoe, aftor his visit to the Dominions, examined tho report and consented to its publication, but other influences suggested alterations, hence the deadlock. As the First Lord of the Admiralty had promised the House of Commons that the report should ho published as it left tho committee, Admiral Je*!icoo, before going to New Zenland, reiterated his approval of the re r port being issued without amendments, desiring its fullest publicity.—Aus.-N.Z.
