Tlio Hon. J. MacGregor's Divorce and Matrimonial Causes Bill was passed by the Legislative Council yesterday af tor some discussion, This Bill makes Tefusal to comply with atf order for tlio restitution of conjugal right a cause for divorce, and providos also for divorce in the easo of married parties who have been legally separated for three years.

An Imprest Supply Bill was introduced in the Houso of Representatives. The House, for tlio first time this session, had no questions to put to Ministers, and tlio discussion of the Bill was begun a few minutes after 2.30 p.m. It- was continued until midnight. During moat of the day the speakers dealt with tho affairs of their districts. '
