The work of installing tho last of tho machinery at the New Zealand Fertilizer Company's works at To I'apapa is almost completed, and grinding operations w'ill be undertaken in about a fortnight. It is anticipated that the works will be fully equipped for tho production of superphosphate before Christmas. Tho first year's output is expected to rcach 60,000 tons, and after that the production should total nfearly 70,000 tons a year. During tho hearing of the alarm clockcases by tho Full Court yesterday thero ivas some discussion by tno Bench as to the origin of a clock.
