Tlio Empire Bank would havo a contral office in London and offices throughout tho Empire. Mr. Darling eaid that if the Empire's exchanges were made a united economic whole endeavouring 'to supply its own wants, and producing a surplus on balanco for the repayment of debt to America, tho advantages to all parts of the Empire would bo considerable.
