MOTOR FATALITY
CAR. FALLS OVER EMBANKMENT. - Br Teleicranh-Press Aoioc.latlon ■ Nelson.. September 19. A motor-car containing Mr. Charles Herbert Butters, a trav ? ner for , Auckland firm, and his wife and child, fell over an embankment on Washington Road yesterday afternoon. Mrs. Butters was killed, but the others were' Unhurt. There is a steep bit of road at tlio 6cene rf ftc oecident, and Mr. Butters *«• hackiing down hill to change tho gears, but the brakes refused to act. Deceased was 26 years of age and had been two years out from England.
