Tho Bolshevik massacres in Turkestan and the ruthless oppression have wused reaction in Afghanistan, tho general feeling now.being for a peaceful life and an alliance.with tho British. Advicos from Baku stato that Bravin will shortly arrive in Teheran from Moscow as the Soviet representative. Bravin came to Teheran in the winter of 1918 as the Sovifct representative. He was not recognised, and after a short stay left—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
