JOHNSONVILLE TRAIN AND NAPIER EXPRESS
.What Mr. R. A. Wright (Wellington Suburbs) called "another little grievance" was mentioned'% him'during the discussion of the Railway Estimates. Mr. Wright said that one of the trains from Wellington to Johnsonville passed ' the Napier express at Khandallah. Every night it was held up at Khandallah for ,ten minutes or so waiting for the express, Sometimes it had only seven minutes to wait, but he -understood that 6even mhw ntes- was "the record." He (suggested that the bain should'be allowed to go right on to Johnsonville, and that the Napier express should pass it there. Mr. Massey, in replying to this and to • similar complaints, said that no alterations in the time-table could be made at present. ' •
