Bv Telegraph—Press Association. Wanganui, Sostrmbor 15. A split has occurred in the ranks of th'» Wanganui Returned Soldiers' Association. At a meeting to-night a vote of no-cohfidence was passed on members of the committee for writing to the Wnnganui Jockey Club, slating that the practice, of issuing fvee tickets to race meetings was no longer desired. The mating was stormy, and on the vote being carried the president and other members of tho executive resigned, .
