DECLARATIONS OF FRENCH AND ITALIAN PREMIERS

At the conclusion of tlio Giolitti-lliller-Qnd conference, the l'rime Ministers approved the publication of u statement that they found their common interests in every way easily reconcilable, and junphasiso that the primary buse of peace is moro especially the agreement in Europe of Great Britain, Italy, and France. They declare that such wars as tho Russo-Polish must be ended, also the hostilities batwoen the Turkish Nationalists and tho Ooimtaniuoplo tlo\'erament. An agreement ha* been recorded as regards Turkey's integrity and tho recognition of the desirability of friendly collaboration in the development of Franco-Italian interests in Asia Minor aiiil tfie avoidance of competition between the respective nationals. As regards tho thorn}' question of policy in Russia, tho Premiers record that, tho Governments of ttaly and France will respect their mutual freedom of action in regard to tho Soviet Government.—Renter.
