Tokio, September 13. It is reported tbat tho Japanese Navy Department has obtained tlie services of thirty British naval aviators to act as instructors to the Japanese Navy. They will arrive in Japan early in 1921. Tho newspaper "Nichi-Nichi" says the arrangements were made upon the recommendation of Colonel Faure, head of the French Army mission which visited Japan recently. Colonel Faure stated that tho British Navy iliers lead the world in aviation. It is estimated that thfc expense of tho aviation training scheme will be approximately .£600,000.— Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Agsu.
