Transfers wero approved as follows : -Blairlogiß Hotel, M. M'Grath to .1. H. Barty; Groytown Hotel, H. J. Ivolliher to J. H. Ilills; Mnrtinborough Hotel, M. B. Young to P. J. Barry; Club Hotel, Carterton, T. IToilaiid to A. Doogan; Tauherenikau Hotel, J. F. Le 'Seuer to G. M'Kcnzio. The earliest cannon were made of leather or wood, strengthened later on.
