COLLEGE ARCHITECTURE
Sir,—What are Hie reasons of the authorities of Wellington colleges in not having competitive designs called for in respect of the two proposed colleges in this city, thus giving the architects of New Zealand an opportunity to compete? When a new grammar school was required for Auckland it was thrown open to all the architects, and also recently competitive designs were called for an Auckland -school.—l am, etc., CITIZEN.
