A lareo number of tho places offered present insuperable difficulties in the way of reading and subdividine into reasonable areas, nnd the want of suitable liomesiend sites. The lot of a new settler is for from being a happy one. the cost of oil farm requirements beitng pvacticallv prohibitive, and many are unprocurable "
