A member of a delegation of Swedish metal workers which visited Russia states that monstrous disorder exists in Russian industrial life. The output of the workers is amazingly low, and Swedish workmen are capable of ten times tho output. The Russians aro impracticable and bad organisers, and must ami themselves of foreign organisers and workers to revive Russian industry.
