FLOURMILLS IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA CLOSING. Melbourne,- September 9. In tho Moral House cf Representatives, Mr. Jlakin stated that ilourmills are closing in South Australia becauso no wheat is available. Hi'. Hughes explained that tho Government is(negotiating for tho purchaso of 300,000 tons of the next harvest, of which 200,000 tons will be sold as flour ground in Australia. Adelaide's supply would depend on this It is estimated that tho Australian wheat harvest for the coining season will total 137,000,000 bushels-Press Assn.
