It is reported that negotiations for the rearrangement of the frontier and for the future relations between Poland and Lithuania were broken off owing to the outbreak of hostilities. Each sido accuses the other of crossing the frontier. Polish circles in London assert that tho Poles only occupied territories recognised as Polish by tho Supremo Council, and complain that Lithuania is being used as a rallying ground by tho Red armies.— Aus.-N.Z. RISING IN POSTN EXPECTED PLOT AGAINST WARSAW GOVERNMENT. Copenhagen, September G. Tho "Vossische Zeitung's" Posen correspondent states that reserve troops occupied the railway station and other buildings in Graudenz, with the object of driving out the Poles, but the Polish cavalrv took prisoner four hundred men, who will be charged with treason. An early rising is expected among eiirht thousand troops in Posen, whore the Polish leader. Dmowsky, is stated to have been plotting, a coup d'etat against tho Warsaw Government.—Aus.-N.Z. A Vienna teleßram states .that as a protest against the occupation of Eastern Galicia bv the Poles, a fully-cquip-fted cavalry division composed of Galicintis and Ukrainians, under General Pavlenko. who has been actively engaged in fiehting the -Bolsheviks, has crossed into Czeeho-Slnvnkia. and has been in-terned.—Aus.-N.Z..
