The Short Title of this By-law is "Tho Wellington City By-law No. 35, Amendment, 1920." , Tho object and purport of the By-law are:— To amend tho existing By-laws so ae to increase the subscription to Lending Department of tho Public Library from Five Shillings (55.) to Ten Shillings (10s.) per annum. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the said resolution will bo submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Wellington City Council to be held on THURSDAY.
