TILDEN AND JOHNSTON TO PLAY OFF FOR TITLE. New York, September 4. Tildcn and Johnston, 1919 National Singles champion, will play off the finals for tho 1920 title on Monday. Thorc is considerable agitation for tho inclusion of Vincent Richards, the soveuteon-yoar-old tennis marvel, in tho American Davis Cup team. Richards, although eliminated by Eiklen in tho championship tournament, has been playing superlatively good tennis this season — Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
