ATTACK AGREED UPON BY ARAB TRIBES. London, September 5. A message from Alexandria states that tlic Arab tribes in lTaurnn have come to a mutual agreement to Attack tho French in Damascus. It is stated that French troops sent lo Hatirnn woro recently defeated. Damascus is new being entrenched. There are about twelve thousand troops there.—Renter.
