MISHAP TO SUBMARINE

A wireless message lias been received stating that the American submarine S5 has been submerged for more than forty hours in 23 fathoms (168 feet) of water off Delaware Cape. The crew of 37 are still living. Two ships are standing by pumping air into the submarine, and naval vessels nre rushing up equipment t» release the' crow—Aus.-N.Z. Cnblo Assn. (Kec.
