She is reported to he making good'pro-gress—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. London. September I. Mrs. Willing failed to swim tho Channel. She covered fifteen miles in eleven hours—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn (Ree. September G, 110 a.m!) London, September 5. Tn response to her father's entreaties Mrs. Willing left the water, after swimming thirty miles in 038 minulss Sho was sis miles from France.—Aus.-N.H.
