Mr. Bartholomew, S.M., conducted an inquiry at Soacliff into the ci'cumstarioes surrounding the death of a male mental patient, who died of injuries inflicted by another patient in the same ward. Dr. , Blair stated that deceased, who wa« W years of age, was committed to mental hospital sixteen years ago, suffering from dementia.
