Tho Wellington City Council hereby makes by Special Order the following By-law, under the provision of thto Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and its amendments, and in pursuance of all other powers (if any) enabling it in that behalf. Tho Short Title of this By-law is "The Wellington City By-law (Cemeteries Amendment), No. 31, 1920." The object and purport of tho By-law are:— To make amendments to the part of tho By-law relating to Cemeteries, and to increase the fees and charges in respect of interments, graves, and their maintenance.
