Mr. George Woods has been appointed superintendent of the Sailors' Institutei Lyttelton, a position resigned by Mr. S. Booth a few weeks ago. Mr. Woods, who spent over two vears nt the front, has latterly been acting us district missioner in the Wellington district, under the auspices of the. Presbyterian Church.
