_ « A meetino- of the Manacemont Committee of the Wellington Cricket Association was held on Tuesday evenimr. PresentilesaTa. 0. G. Wilson (chairman), Crombie, Hughes, 'tucker. Burton, and Willis. Tho chairman referred to the loss sustained by the association in the death of tho latb Mr.: George Frost, chairman of the Reserves Committee of the City Council, and the secretary was instructed to write letters of condolence to the widow and to the Town Clerk. It was decided to award the Howe Memorial Trophy to B. .fichraeder and theMa.raunt Trophy to W. 8. Brlce. The draft report and balance-sheet as brought down by the hon. secretary and treasurer were adopted, and it was derided to hold the annual meeting on September 17.
