Srioradio ivarfare has been in progress for some time between the Albanians and tlie Serbians, and the latter are reported to have been severely defeated and 1b have lost two thousand men and .-v number of guns. The Serbian and the 'Albanian Governments blamo each nfhor. An Albanian delegation iln Ronfe protested to the Italian Government against the Serbian invasion of Slbania on a futile pretext, and asked ftnly to put an end in the advance of Jurn-Slnv troops and thereby save new Balkan troubles.—Reuter.
