The Serbian and the 'Albanian Governments blamo each nfhor. An Albanian delegation iln Ronfe protested to the Italian Government against the Serbian invasion of Slbania on a futile pretext, and asked ftnly to put an end in the advance of Jurn-Slnv troops and thereby save new Balkan troubles.—Reuter.
