LORD LIVERPOOL IN LONDON
NEW ZEALAND'S PROSPECTS. (Rec. August 23, 8.10 p.m.). London, August 21. The Earl and Countess of Liverpool havo arrived. In an interview, Lord Liverpool said that New Zealand's prospects were quite good, although _ there was some industrial unrest, but he believed it was less than elsewhere.
