Sir Walter Buchanan pointed out that in voluntary effort it was always tho willing givers wlio made the sacrifices. If tho willing men waited until the unwilling men moved, nothing would ever be done. Sevoral shecnownerfl 6tatod that the big farmers in their districts had not signed the agreement. Eventually Mr. Gngg's motion was carried. Tho meeting closed with votes of thanks to the trustees and others who had worked to make the schema a success.
