R.S.A. VISIT TO PORIRUA

The monthly visit of the executive of the Wellington Returned Soldiers' Association to Porirua Mental Hospital took place on Saturday. Messrs. W.-Pascoe, C. Gasquoine, and N. Johnson represented the association. The usual luxuries, consisting of tobacco/ fruit, etc., were distributed to tho soldier-patients. The delegates' report was considered very satisfactory—the health of the patients was good, and there were no complaints as to treatment. The secretary of tho. Wellington Returned Soldiers' Association is in correspondence with the relatives of soveral of the patients, and reports are- sent to them after each visit. Mr. Stevens, after-care officer of tho Repatriation Department, Wellington, motored tho visitors to Porirua.
