AERIAL 'DERBY TO BE HELD. . Melbourne, August 18. An aerial derby is to 1)6 held 011 Boxing Day, when at least ten machines nail compete over a course of two hundred miles, starting from Epsom Racecourse, The Postmaster-General is considering; the establishment of a regular aerial mail service between Perth and Broome. —Press Aesn. [Major Brearley, who, for the past twelve m«nths, has been conducting passenger flights in West Australia, 'lias been engaged in the preparation of plans for an aeroplane service to the northwest part of the State. It is the intention of Major Brearley, when the scheme is ready for launching, to run a weekly trip from Perth to Broome, carrying mails, passengers, and light freights.
