COMMENT ON LAMBETH CONFERENCE DECISIONS. (Rec. August 15, 5.5 p.m.) London, August 14. The Australian Press Association interviewed the Rev. F. B. Meyer, President of tho National Council of Freo Churches, who, commenting 'on the Lambeth Conference decisions, favoured tho reunion of the' churches, but enid ho was afraid that tho proposal to make re-ordination of IPioe Church clergy obligatory would create an insuperable difficulty. He cordially appreciated the proposal to make the Episcopaoy non-prelatioal. Dr. Poole, formerly of Australia and latterly of America, will succeed Mr. Meyer in the pastorate of Christ Church, Westminster, in March. Mr. Motbt is to tour Canada in 1921.—Au5.N.Z. CaMe Assn.
