London, August 12. The Dublin correspondent of the "Evening News" announces that a big combined breakaway of Covenanters from Sir Edward Carson's "last ditch" orders has occurred. A strong representative deputation .is going to Downing Street to interview Mr. Lloyd George and to .inform him that a large proportion of Ulstermen are prepared to sink all their old prejudices against the South, and to advocate an immediate offer to Ireland of Dominion Home llule, subject to Ireland remaining in the Empire. They ; are willing to pledge themselves' and their supporters to work for a united Ireland, with one Parliament.
