OTIRA TUNNEL
. THE DISPUTE SETTLED. A settlement of the Otira, tunnel dispute was reported to the Minister of Public Woilcs (Mr. Conies) on Saturday. The tunnel workers at the Boaley eud have accepted the Minister's offer of a renewal of the contract system at 2245. per foot, with a bonus of 10 per cent, at the end of twelve months' continuous work.
