By Tolograph—Press Association. Christchurch, August 6. Under the auspices of tho New Zealand Gun .Clubs' Association, tho live pigeon championship of New Zealand was shot for at lianßiora to-day. G. Bniere, of ltangiora. passed all his birds, and won tho match. H. Clinch, D.'F. Donnelly, 1\ Whittle, and W. A. Parsons each shot twenty birds, and divided tho balance of tho stake. Thero were 55 competitors.
