DELIGHTED AT QUEENSLAND'S WELCOME,. Brisbane, August G. Tho Prince of Wales, en route to ■Sydney, sont a telegram to the Lieuten-ant-Governor of Queensland, expressing his delight at the splendid welcomes he received in Brisbane and ill all parts of Queensland. Mr. Fihoily, Acting-Premier, flew in an aeroplane from Brisbane to Wallangarra to farewell the Prince; but owing In stoppages he arrived half-an-hour too The Prince is g>oi»g direct to the Western District on arrival at Sydney. He will bo unable to branch off to the north-west from Armidale on account ot the, recent floods— Pross Assn.
