CHARGE AGAINST DAIRYMAN DISMISSED
'Br TeleeraDh—Press Association.' New Plymouth, August 5. Proceedings instituted by the Board of Trade against John Hale., dairyman, for selling milk at Bd. per quart, which was claimed to be- an unreasonably high rrice. concluded to-day, the caso being dismissed. The Magistrate said that defendant did not seem to be making an undue profit, bis financial statement showing proceeds from milk .KIIOO, while outgoings totalled .£ISOO.
