Geneva, August 2. Mr. Tom Shaw, in his Presidential address to the International Labour Congress, said that if Russian Socialists be-, lieved that the only method of achieving . a common Socialist aim was violent revolution and class dictatorship, they were free to adopt it; but if it was proposed to adopt that course in Britain his voico would be raised against it. The British delegation includes Mr. Ramsay Macdonald and Mr. Harry Gosling, and tho Germans include Herr Schoidemann and Herr Mullor.—Reutor.
